Great for meal prep
These are great for meal prep. Each pan holds about 3-4 reasonable size portions. Every couple weeks I make a large amount of the same meal, on the weekend. Put one batch in the fridge and 2 or 3 more in the freezer, in these containers. After a few rounds of this there are enough different meals in the freezer to have a different dish every weeknight. Take the dish out of the freezer the night before to thaw in the fridge, then bake in the oven at dinnertime. You can write directly on the lids to label the dish and add cooking instructions. I also do a lot of meal prep with freezer bags, but when you have a layered dish or one with a cheese or crumb topping, these pans work better. I have looked at reusable meal prep dishes but so far have not found a suitable alternative. These work out to 38 cents each and for me it’s worth the convenience.

Use in air fryer
I got these to use in a 3.8 quart air fryer. The size is about perfect for making cornbread, and with a bit of manipulation, the result is perfect. The lip on the pans make them closer to nine inches than the eight inches which would fit in the fryer basket. I fold the lip up with my fingers and then push the sides in about an inch at four places. The pan now looks like a shamrock. It fits nicely in the basket, the pushed-in places provide a grip for removing it, and the cornbread has an interesting shape. Some air fryers will operate with the basket removed in which case these pans fit into the larger tub perfectly without modification. I highly recommend these pans.

Order for my basket air fryer. The 8 inch was too large for Farberware. The pans are good and work in my oven air fryer.

They do what we need from them.
We use them to contain prepared meals that we deliver to my 94 y/o Mother. Can write on lids, IE Tuesday Meat Loaf veges mash potatoes. Can be stacked four high in frig. or frozen. She can remove the lid and warm them up in oven or toaster oven. I don’t know if the lid has to be removed,— or if she removes them. Lids are foil one side. They are held in place by the pinch over rim of pan. I buy them 100 at a time. Very economical and my wife likes them, she dose all the prep, I deliver.

My sole use for these is to place under range-top drip pans.
My range-top drip pans have a hole in the bottom. They are more like funnels than pans. These foil pans collect the overflow. I switch out the foil pans annually; thatâs four per year. With the product sold in packages of 50, I have 12 years worth of foil pans. Since I was born in 1939, there is a fair chance that this purchase will outlive me. Memo to self: alert my executor. I really would have preferred a 4-pack to a 50-pack. Of course, my application is âoff labelâ.
