The look of these cutting boards is beautiful and they come as a great set. However once first using them, they began to splinter small pieces of bamboo all over which gets into the food. When gently wiped to clean they also splinter significantly. I would not recommend and would return if I had used them in time for the return window. They also began to crack at the seams where the bamboo comes together within only a few uses. I contacted the company via their website and received no response.

After I started to oil my new cutting boards I found on 2 cutting boards that the edges had been poorly sanded and are rough and that on one cutting board has what appears to be a start of a crack. Unfortunately I started to oil them before they were totally inspected.I had purchased these cutting boards and have only used them a few times after oiling them with 6 coats of oil on both sides. As time has gone by middle size board that had the crack in it has now gotten longer and also another crack is starting. I probably would not order these cutting boards again I now give them a 2 star rating. If I was able to add a picture I would.

This cutting board set is pretty much perfect. I have now chopped veggies, meats and even fish, and it performed the exact job I needed it to do. I love that it comes in 3 sizes so there’s always a cutting board that’s just right for your chopping needs.

I was disappointed when I handwashed the boards as directed and thr two smaller ones warped and didn’t lay flat anymore, and the larger one has not been used yet and has splinters all around d the perimeter.I am returning mine for a refund and will find a better product.
