I LOVE these pans
These Martha Steward bread pans are so nice and of the highest quality Iâve ordered 6 of them. I just bought one to try it out with all of the choices that are on Amazon. After I received it I made some bread and compared it with my older pans. Hands down the quality is amazing and the value for your money is incredible. You will not be disappointed with the craftsmanship and baking ability of these pandas. The bread had even distribution for light brown color of the dough out of the oven. I didnât have to use any spray or grease on the pans for the bread to just fall out. That are great in color and need to be hand washed when done baking with them. I would highly recommend this product and you will not be disappointed. The cost is also a great price for the value of this product.

The pans are a nice heavy weight, which bodes well for even cooking and durability. But the fact that they must be hand-washed is a major drawback for me. That, and the large paper sticker attached to the bottom of each pan, of the kind that must be peeled off in small, ragged strips, leaving a layer of paper detritus behind that has to be laboriously scraped off sealed the deal. Returned the pans.

Very sturdy and doesn’t warp when baking but coating has scraped off the rim just by stacking them
Overall a decent pan for the price. It’s pretty sturdy and didn’t warp at top temp for it, but coating is unfortunately not durable. Have only had it for a month, only hand washed it and the coating scraped off in places on the rim only from stacking them. Everything baked evenly which is mainly why I gave it 4 stars.

Perfect release every time
I bought three of these to make several 3-layer cakes over the holidays. Recipes call for parchment to line the pans but I used nothing: batter straight into unlined, ungreased pans and the release was easy and perfect every time. I simply let cake cool in pan for 10-15 min, run a thin metal spatula around and slighter under the cake in pan, turn upside down, and it releases into my hand after a few seconds. Highly recommend! Great value. Cleanup is a breeze.
