OVERALL VERY NICE AND STOREABLE ITEM. EASY TO ACCESS THE EXTRA BLADES EASY TO CLEAN ALL IN ONE. STURDY AND PERFECT SIZE AND THAT EXPLAINS WHY THERE WASN’T ANY FOLDING HANDLE. DOESN’T REALLY NEED IT. BLADES ARE VERY WELL MADE AND SHARP IT. IT ACCOMPLISHES WHAT WE NEEDED DONE. THANK YOU EXCEPT MY APOLOGIZE IF IT’S NOT KLEAR TO THE EAR.

Works ok the first few times, then dulls.
This is a cheap mandolin. You get what you pay for. I used Iit three times to slice potatoes and the blade is starting to dull. No way to sharpen it. It is starting to shread the slices and get caught with pieces not all the way sliced through. It will go in the trash soon. I’ll end up paying for an expensive mandolin eventually or go back to hand slicing. Doesn’t work well on any setting except for carrots. Doesn’t shread cabbage into angel hair style.
