Wish I had bought these sooner
Went without ramekin lids for YEARS, and for the life of me canât figure out why!!! These are the best ramekins ever!!! Perfect size, color, and the lids make them perfect for storing! No more (hand) cutting press-n-seal to size to store food. Loooove that they are stackable so theyâre space-saving as well. Admittedly, I have no clue what the dial on the lid is for, but I suppose thatâs a bonus feature I will find out about at a later time. Buy NOW, thank me later!

We love lava cake & creme brulee. These are PERFECT!!!! Okay, I’d like bigger ones . . . but these have a well-fitting lid, so I don’t have to use plastic to cover them! They feel nice & sturdy, and things bake evenly in them. And the size is great for individual desserts! (I just always want more of those two delicious things, haha)

Nice ceramic ramekins
The ceramic is smooth and even, a little thinner than I expected. They wash up well, both by hand and machine. The lids have good seal, easy to use. The date indicator is small for me to read, that’s not a fault of the product.
I have used them in the microwave and regular oven. They seem to heat evenly and retain the heat.
I plan on using them for freezing portions too.
They stack correctly saving space, which is needed for the lids.

These are good ramekins
I really like these.. Good size, and they dishwasher, oven and air fryer safe. I use these for eggs soufflés in my air fryer and they come out nicely.

Lids are terrible, Ramkins bake well.
Lids will be a breeding ground for salmonella poisoning. They will be very hard to clean and will not be durable. The gasket in the lid can not be removed. It can not be cleaned good because it is made of silicone. Silicone is known to absorb grease and oils and impossible to keep thoroughly cleaned without ruining the silicone.
The ramkins work well. Suggest a nap on lid with out the silicone

The lids make them next level
The lids are very cool. They are self vacuum sealing. I’m not sure what the dial is for, but no matter… A note of caution, though â if the ramekins are too full they won’t seal. Another note: I spray the empty ramekins with oil for easy release and cleaning. The 8 ounce size is perfect for portion control and convenient storage. I live alone, but I might get another set to keep meals handy in the freezer. And/or, I can remove the frozen contents and store them in baggies or vacuum sealed bags. For things like unbaked casseroles, I can pop them back in the ramekins to bake.
