Good product bad packaging. Product gets 5stars/ packaging gets 1
First of all I love these spice organizers. I purchased some at a store about a yr ago and love them! I have had no issues whatsoever. I Ordered 6 more- some black and some gray And paid more for them on Amazon than I paid for them in the store but can no longer find in stores) intending on giving them to one of my kids as they are moving into a new home but the gray ones came broken. I Figured it mustâve been a fluke due to the way they were packaged so I sent them back and ordered Replacements. Well I just got the replacements and they are broken too! Needless to say Iâm very disappointed. I love the product but disappointed they keep arriving broken! The black ones I ordered came separate of the first gray ones and they were packaged very carefully and wrapped separately. Both times I ordered the gray ones it looked like they had been tried to be stacked with each other or the bottom basket was intentionally removed to fit in a more compact box. Taking the bottom piece off cause it to crack and break a piece of plastic so even trying to put it back together the handle does not stay in the bottom piece. Iâm not sure if the company packages them or if Amazon does but seriously theyâre ruining a great product by doing it. It also makes it easy to see why other reviews have said they are not sturdy. The other ones I have are not cracked or broken in anyway and they have been great and hold a lot of weight and are perfect for a narrow cabinet so you can just pull out one of the organizers without having to dig through your whole cabinet for something. Really wish either the company or Amazon would get the packaging right. I attached a couple pics of where they are broken and how they fit in my narrow cupboardâ¦. At least a few of them were ok and guess Iâll order more black ones and cross my fingers they arenât broken too!

Better than I could have imagined
Not easy to find 2 tier shelf that would fit in our new 5th wheel bathroom cabinet, it needed to fit in 4.5dx14wx12h and it worked perfectly. Also like the rubber grip shelf lining. No concern here for movement. Ordered a second for top shelf. Also great value for the price.

Good for tight storage
I love these organizers for my spices and flavorings. I labeled them (baking, savory, etc) to have better access without digging around. I do wish they were a little sturdier but they are the only ones I know with this design that fits my deep pantry cabinet..

Great Solution for Spice Organization
Love this product! If you’re someone who likes to have your spices handy and easily accessible while cooking then this is the product for you. It allows us to take all of our spices out the pantry at once for cooking and makes everything easy to see. I actually found this product in Home Goods and came on Amazon to buy another. We’ve been using it for two months now and it’s been sturdy and easy to use.

I got 2 of these 2 years ago to manage medications easily in cupboard. I wanted another one so ordered from amazon since couldn’t find at store. I received it quickly and it was damaged, notified company and they immediately shipped the replacement – they were great!

The trays have clear plastic covers for the connectors where the bottom ones were partially broken and one pulled apart. There doesn’t seem to be a way to reinsert the connector even with the little remaining plastic.It wasn’t in any kind of packaging, it simply arrived loose in a box with other items I’d ordered.
