Nice design and function
I’ve been seeing Made In products in popular media and wondering if they are worth the high price tag. I’m not adverse to paying for quality products, but so many “boutique” products seem to be more about marketing sizzle than true quality. So I jumped on the chance to try this saucepan. The workmanship is beautiful. The finish is smooth and even. I couldn’t find any blemishes at all. Edges are well done with zero rough spots or blemishes. The handle is comfortable in the hand, giving the pan a good balance. It does need to be babied a bit — no dishwasher cleaning — but it does wash up easily by hand.I don’t often use a lid when cooking in saucepans, but I appreciate the lid fits securely without being tight. Pouring from the pan was not entirely drip free, but almost. The ergonomic handle made pouring feel like I had better control than with my other saucepans. They aren’t kidding when they say that high heat is unnecessary when using this pan. I had a low simmer of soup going at only 2.2 on my glass top electric stove. That was without using the lid. So this isn’t the pot you’re going to use to boil eggs or make caramel, but it’s a great pot for sauces, soups, and anything that benefits from a good, long, even simmer.I simmered a tomato sauce to see if the interior would stain. I am in the habit of washing pans immediately after use, so I don’t know what would have happened had the pan sat a while, but four hours of simmering followed by an immediate mashup after the sauce was done, and there was no staining of the interior. So, is this one saucepan worth the $160 price tag? I’m not quite convinced yet, but only because I don’t know how well this pan, especially the interior, will hold up over time. So that’s a question I won’t be able to answer for another couple of years and many hours of use. Given what I’ve seen so far, I’m inclined to say a qualified “yes.” We’ll see how well it holds up to some serious long-term use in a household with people who cook a lot and often.

Great pot, easy to use and clean
I am really enjoying this pot. We have been using it almost every day and it has done its job and then some. Only have a few notes on it as it is pretty straight forward. The descriptions are spot on, it is not large but is a 2Q non-stick pot. The coating does its job, it has been a snap to clean and haven’t had any issues with food sticking during cooking though I am mostly using it to boil water for noodles.Couple other notes if it matters to you. The instructions recommend handwashing, though we do that anyway for all of our pots and pans. It recommends use of non-abrasive cleaning clothes/sponges so as not to scratch up the non-stick coating. This is not a problem also as use of warm water and a soapy dishcloth has been enough to get anything off of it.We are happy with this pot and it has become a staple of our nightly routine.

Exceptional Quality Saucepan!
I recently received this Caraway Saucepan and I’m absolutely in love with it. The first thing that struck me was the beautiful design. It’s sleek and modern, and the ceramic coating gives it a luxurious feel. The quality of this saucepan is exceptional. The 5-ply construction ensures even heat distribution, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in how quickly and evenly my food cooks. The ceramic coating is truly non-stick. Nothing seems to stick to it, and cleanup is a breeze.I particularly appreciate that the saucepan is oven-safe and induction compatible, making it incredibly versatile. The flared lip makes pouring sauces effortless, and the stay-cool handle is a fantastic feature.I’m also impressed by Caraway’s commitment to sustainability and ethical manufacturing. Knowing that it’s crafted in Italy with high-quality materials and free of harmful chemicals gives me peace of mind.I’m extremely satisfied with this Caraway saucepan and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, stylish, and high-performance saucepan.

Heartbroken, arrived with defects
I was so heartbroken to receive my pot with tiny little scratches in it. I received this Made in Cookware as product review. I went ahead and tested out this Made in Cookware regardless of the scratches.I usually use cast iron enameled pans. The ceramic coating inside is phenomenal, except for the two scratches. I use silicone nylon utensils for cooking with it ,do not use metal. The pan itself is very well made and lightweight. Very little oil is needed for this pan and the heat distribution using my induction top is perfect. This leveled up my cooking, so easy to use for searing, toasting, and simmering on lower heats such as low and medium. The handles are sturdy and because they are hollow they do not retain a lot of heat which is wonderful especially for the handle. I have arthritis in my hands, so using this pan for making my risottos and sauces, and searing meat, was an absolute joy. I love this pot. The food just slides right off of the sides and the bottom, there’s no discoloration like some of the enameled pans can have. It looks fantastic, it washes well by hand. My only concern is will those scratches get bigger in time and will it affect my food and the performance of the pan? I’m so bummed because it is a beautiful pan and it is a joy to cook with, however the price is a bit steep to have a pan that may chip or scratch that easily.

High-Quality Italian Craftsmanship and Excellent Performance
This saucepan delivers on quality and performance. While I couldnât find any markings stating it was made in China, the bottom clearly says Italy, so Iâm assuming itâs manufactured thereâbravo! The build is solid, with a well-balanced weight that feels premium in hand. It heats evenly and performs like a non-stick Teflon-style pan, but with a ceramic coating instead. Plus, the packaging is gift-ready, making it a great option for gifting. Overall, an excellent buy and worth every dollar!
