Cutest & handiest cooking equipment I’ve ever owned
I’ve been using a 6-inch nonstick pan daily for a long time, but I wanted to switch to stainless steel since the nonstick scratches easily. I wasn’t sure if this 4-inch pan would be too small, but it’s PERFECT AND SO CUTE!! It’s also WAY higher quality than I could have expected, it’s very solid and a bit heavy. It cooks evenly.I don’t think it’ll fit more than one egg, but if you make fried eggs a lot (or just like to scramble 1 egg), absolutely perfect. I’ll also use it in the future for things like melting butter/coconut oil, stir frying small things like garlic or shallot, toasting nuts/seeds, etc.

almost perfect
I wanted a small pot to cook a single serving of oatmeal in, and this does the job delightfully. Heavy enough bottom to resist scorching (I didn’t say prevent), a heavy lid that fits snugly enough to cook rice, and it’s cute as heck. Good quality item. My single complaint is that the description said the handles would stay cool. Nope, not remotely. Neither the handles on the pot nor the one on the lid stay cool. Being such a small pot, it’s hard to get close to the 2 handles with a potholder without burning that potholder. It would have been better with a long handle, at least for my purposes.

super cute! I think I’ll get the slightly bigger one too ð
it’s just ridiculous cuteness here. I wanted a butter melter/server thing and this is just perfect right to the table. it is a quality pan. be ready with how small it is. as you can see my front burner just engulfs it. fortunately I have this button flame feature which is just right. it’s my first copper clad pan and I expect there will be some extra polishing maintenance to keep it pretty. I think it’ll be worth it. see the capacity as filled to the top of the straight side. it’s about 1 1/4 cup. that’s 2 1/2 4oz sticks of butter. I’ll call that a comfortable 2 sticks capacity. have a big table? get 2 ð§âð³ð¸

VEry nice, quality item
We have had small pans in the past that are used for warming butter and very small items. One was a 1 cup Revere Ware that would tip on the burner because the handle overbalanced the pan. The other was Calphalon that pitted badly from the acids in the butter. This little pan fills the bill for melting butter, etc. It is not cheap, but is very nice quality. We also bought the next bigger model.

Glad I got it
Heavy duty and perfect size. Wish they made a small fry pan, too.

Oooooh! So cute! But practical too.
Let’s face it, I bought these pans in large part because they’re so cute, I’m a sucker for itty bitty things. I have the tiny .12qt skillet and the .14qt saucepan. But, although I have yet to actually use them (don’t cook much these days), I can see they will be very useful.Though the skillet (it’s called a saucepan in the listing) is listed at 4″, the diameter at the bottom is more like 3″, which I believe would be the perfect size to fry one egg for an English muffin sandwich. I’m sure there are lots of other uses as well. The .14qt saucepan has a working volume of 1/2 cup. It will come in handy for making and/or heating small quantities of sauces and such.I was concerned they would be “tippy” on the stove, being so small, but they are quite heavy gauge and sit properly on their bottoms when empty. I’m glad I bought them and look forward to using them soon.p.s. I had to review both pans together since Amazon won’t let me do separate reviews for each.
