I LOVE THIS MUG SO MUCH I WISH I OWNED THE COMPANY!
FINALLY! A COMPLETELY PERFECT MUG! This mug weighs 6 1/4 ounce empty so itâs VERY lightweight for glass. With liquid like water filled to about 1/2 inch from the top it weighs 1lb 2 ounces, so still lightweight even filled. It holds 14 ounces to rim and about 12 ounces half an inch from the rim. It has an almost completely flat bottom, so no water collects on bottom in dishwasher, which washes it beautifully. It is sturdy and can stand up to light knocks. It comes packed wonderfully in a sectioned box with styrofoam to protect the mugs. Mine came without problem. They take on no coffee stains and have a handle that is a nice size for most. This is much better than any double sided or single sided mug compared to the many Iâve tried. It has a great shaped lip on the cup and there is no dripping down the side like the double sided mugs. It is 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide. You can pick the mug up by the handle after a 2 minute heat in the microwave (which I use repeatedly all day/every day) with no problem. The cost is reasonable compared to other glass mugs too. So Iâm in love with this mug and have ordered two sets now and have no complaints whatsoever! I canât imagine I would ever order another mug after using these! I think youâll love them too!Update – After a years use these mugs still look like brand new. My guy liked seeing my drinks and decided to try one. Now he wants to use my mugs all the time. I have just ordered my 4th box of these to insure we have enough for everyone. – Ha!

Revised as March 4/2024- Actually The Mistery vanishing Crack was NOT and issue with the Cup, I narrowed down to a possible Dishwasher liquid and/or dishwasher hi temperatures Combination as i realized the wire basket touched the cup exactly where the crack like line formed, I realized when my current 3 year old Cups which I’ve also bought from the same vendor did exactly the same I moved to another location on my dishwasher and the issue stopped, I will order them again, we were very happy with ours.My Original Review:These Mugs Feel and Look Great, However, I ordered and received my 2 pcs 27 oz cups, they came very nicely and very well packaged. Dish Washed prior to first use next day wife and i poured our daily morning coffee, upon finishing our coffee there was what looked to be a crack and felt like cracked glass on the outside strange enough there was no crack felt on inside wall only on the outside (see pictures) Next couple of day I requested and exchange and sent the cups they were back, they quickly responded and sent the replacement right away , Same Process we dish washed our cups and served our cofee in them Once Again cracks showed up on both cups exact at the same place and had same issue except this time when i touched the crack felt like a crack again outside of the cup wall but this time was really sticky and no indication of a crack on the inside. So washed the cups an viola the crack was washed off and vanished felt like glue. I tested the cups adding boiling water to them and they were fine no cracks no stress they look normal, I am unable to contact LUXU Direct to inquire about this issue and I will contact Customer service as it seems is the only way to contact the vendor is through them.

Size, weight and comfort
I really like the large oz size and the handle is also a bit larger for larger hands. They are light, which my honey was a bit disappointed in, thinking they were not going to be durable. But I like that aspect due to they take on the temperature of whatever you put in them, as opposed to a thicker cold glass cooling off your coffee. My cousin who has sever arthritis, loved them due to the lighter weight. I have also microwaved them for oatmeal. They have a clean classic look and feel. No seams which deterred from the other mugs we had that started to chip easily. Highly recommend

Get Very Hot!
My only complaint is how hot it gets compared to other mugs. I use them nightly for tea but the glass is thin so you deff canât hold them by anything but the handle for a good 10 minutes after pouring hot water from the kettle into them. Which is still kind of hard cuz the handle isnt that large so I usual burn the tops of my fingers carrying it to the table lol.But what I will say is that even though the glass is thin- itâs pretty dang durable!! I have accidentally banged them against other dishes multiple times while washing them (which would have easily broke other glass cups) and they dont have a knick or scratch on them. I donât regret buying them tough – theyâre cute and affordable. I guess it really just depends what youre using them for.

I love these mugs for coffee or tea as they have a clean look and the glass shows off the colors of tea or coffee. They are light but strong, and can be used in microwave and clean up nicely in the dishwasher. I just love glass mugs and I am always looking for thinner walled ones that are crystal clear, and these fit the bill.The 16oz size is needed as I usually make a 2 shot latte in the morning with frothed milk and I need a bigger cup for it. I had even bigger glass mugs from Starbucks that had a gold embossed logo and were the perfect size but they are not available any more and so I bought these. I could have gone for 20 oz if they had that size but for now 16 oz. is working. They do have 24 oz. and 27 oz. sizes in a more curved shape, but they have a slight lip on the edge that I don’t like. Also, those sizes are 2 for the same price and with the 16 oz. size I get 4 mugs, so these are the best choice for me.

I love these mugs so much. They are strong (I have dropped them in the sink) aesthetically pleasing and have a nice weight (I hate feather light dishwear it feels cheap), and stackable (my favorite part). I have the matching glasses already and I love them just as much. All beverages look social media worthy in these mugs. They are definitely cappuccino mugs, but I use them for coffee and tea. They do not stain. The handles do not get warm when they have hot liquids in them. I don’t have a dish washer so they are washed by hand. The only thing I would change is a tiny bit wider handles because when they are full they can test my wrist strength at times if I am not supporting the base (because base does get hot). Regardless, I would highly recommend and would definitely buy again. Worth every dollar â¤ï¸

I was disappointed a previously purchase set of 2 30 oz glass mugs with glass lids were no longer avlb. These were slightly smaller no glass lid but are also great and light weight. My wrist grew tired of holding larger porcelain mugs for my tea.
