PROS:- Serrated edge makes it very easy to crack eggs- Spout lets you pour whites from yolk- Good build quality. Made of strong ceramic. Will only break or chip if you drop it.- The reason you bought this: cute and aestheticCONS:- If you try to crack multiple eggs, the yolks will block the spout and you will not be able to pour the whites out AT ALL. Do not make this mistake (It gets messy…)- It can not hold too much whites. It will start leaking from the top when you tilt it to pour. See 1)- The design and colors are lackluster. Cuteness factor wears off quick because of this poor attention to detail.

Very cute ceramic chicken. Even if you don’t use it to separate eggs, it looks quite nice on a countertop or kitchen table. I suppose if you don’t use it as intended, you could also use it as a small planter for a small indoor plant. Regarding its true intended function: Very good. Use to separate eggs the old-fashioned way by just using the two eggshell halves. Crazy. Much quicker and neater using this product.

Very fun product, does its job just donât be in a rush. it is very slow in separating the yolks, but it doesnât do it in the end. It is worth it as itâs a lot cleaner on your hands

This item is quite easy to use and clean. The egg white does struggle to separate and I find I have to try to get some egg white out the top as well as the mouth/side opening. It is the best separator Iâve used so far but it requires some patience.
