Overall a very nice Pie Dish
Overall this is a very nice deeper pie dish. It has a good weight to it, and the glaze seems to be pretty even and consistent across it. It is approx 8″ across the bottom and the sides taper up, so it is wider across the top….about 9.75″. The color of the glaze on the inside reminds me of faded denim, and the bottom is a dark navy blue. I haven’t used it yet, so I cannot comment on how well it bakes. I’m hoping that this dish will last for years to come….seems like it would….I suppose time will tell.

I used it today for the first time to cook some food in the oven between 375-425F temperature, and it worked great. It was very easy to clean it. I hope it will perform well with time.Update:I tried the pan again to make lasagna in the oven at 425F, and it worked great and was very easy to clean.

Die beiden Auflaufformen sind sehr schön und erfüllen ihren Zweck…zumindest eine davon. Leider kennt der Amazon-Zusteller nicht das “Vorsicht Glas”-Symbol, sodass auch bei der Ersatzlieferung die groÃe Form kaputt ging. Der Verkäufer war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Ein sehr netter Kontakt. Für den Zusteller kann er ja nix.

These are top quality. Heavy, and lovely glaze. Should be fit for hard working life…These dishes were certainly well packed for their journey but….It is well worth noting that things can go wrong with an order and this did!The Christmas rush and the strikes meant that the original carrier lost or destroyed these dishes. They also refused to accept liability for another 20 days. The seller kept me informed throughout and willingly sent a replacement without waiting for the carriers investigation or acceptance of liability.This is old style customer service and cannot be praised too highly……
