Awesome Wok with Bonus Lid
I’ve got other large fry pans but this really fits the niche of a wok/stir fry pan due to the tapered sides and small bottom. It’s great not having to contend with the size and maintenance hassle of a typical, super large, enameled steel version. This is perfect for my single dinners but I could easily prep for 2-3, possibly 4 if serving smaller portions. I also really like having the lid, which seals well for steaming. Sink clean up has been a breeze so far after 5-6 uses and it still looks brand new. It’s currently ~$50 and is a fair deal, but if you can catch it at a discount, it gets a definite recommendation from me.

Love this pan
I really like the size of this pan/wok. I have other walks but they are huge and this is perfect for doing a stir fry for one or two people. I also like to use it for making my eggs and potatoes in the morning. I followed directions and have not had any issues with sticking of food. It does say it’s dishwasher safe but I prefer to hand wash my pants. I’m also impressed that it came with a lid, most do not.I think this is a good pan, that’s well made, for the price point that it’s at. I would purchase other products from this manufacturer in the future.I hope this review has been helpful.

Pleased with this cookware
Just received this pan and tried it out. The WOK is smaller than expected, but I actually like this size. Being a family of 2 the volume doesnât need to be so large. The nonstick is excellent and I was able to cook without any oil or butter. The lid fits well and cooking with a medium flame (as recommended) was perfect. I also really like the shape, handles and weight. The pan is designed similar to Hexclad but the weight is lighter. Have now used this for a breakfast scramble, a Thanksgiving side dish and sautéed mushrooms. Very pleased with this cookware.

Solid pan, great weight
I was very pleasantly surprised by the weight of this pan. I also really appreciate the overall size and shape. At least for me, it fills a nice void between my non-stick frying pan and my standard wok (see pictures).The depth is great, as it allows for tossing the food while stir frying. It is also great for dishes like chili, where I saute first, then add to fill the pan to higher level.A key benefit for me is the shape, specifically the flat base of the pan. My traditional wok is essentially bowl shaped, with just a very small flat portion. My stovetop is electric, so I find it hard to get good heating and a good sear anywhere but the very bottom. This pan still has the rounded sides, but with more flat space, the heat distribution seems much better and I can get good direct heat on more of the food in the pan.I have not tested too aggressively with metal utensils, but the overall feel of the pan does give me confidence that it will stand up to wear and tear better than standard coated non-stick pans.

This is a beautiful pan and the lid is a bonus
I was surprised at how pretty this pan is. I’d certainly love to have a rack above the island so I could hang this from it. It is a solid pan but not too heavy to be hard to handle. The information says it will work on all stovetops, so it is made with magnetic stainless. The base is flat unlike most woks and that is probably so it will work well on an induction cooktop. It has a glass lid which is nice if cooking something that needs to simmer or cook for a while. A bonus feature is that it is dishwasher safe.I’ve used it to make some eggs and other random things and it has worked fine. It isn’t perfectly non-stick, but it’s not too bad. It says it is best nonstick at a medium temperature. The information says to use mostly medium or lower heat to cook and medium high to sear. For most things this is fine but there are some instances (stir frys for example) where you should get the pan screaming hot. I’m not sure if it is ok to use this pan at really high heat. I’m not sure if it is bad for the pan to cook at very high heat or if it just won’t be nonstick. I bought it to use mostly for stir frys so I suppose I’m going to find out. Hopefully with oil, food won’t stick too bad, and the pan will hold up to the heat. I really want to stop using pans with coatings and this one gives me that ability.
