You can cook about anything on this. I love this thing. Just take care of itâ¦it is a cast iron. If you forget to clean it right away it will rust, so scrub the rust off with a steel wool, and treat it with olive oil and bake it for 15 minutes on 400 degrees. Best most even cooking tool in the kitchen. We have a gas stove too so itâs awesome.

I was looking forward to giving this item as a gift.The package and item were damaged due to poor packaging. Why would the seller secure a heavy cast iron griddle in just paper!
