The pan, proofing basket, and the tools are wonderfully placed in a sturdy box that is perfect for gift wrapping. A welcome gift for the novice or experienced baker. The pan is thick walled cast iron with a beautiful enamel glaze. The proofing basket is the exact size for the pan. I wish it were a bit larger. I like to bake a 3-cup loaf. Still, this approximately 1.5 cup loaf pan will make great gift loaves! Iâm very pleased with this purchase.

Missing items, didnât have the scoring tool or the sling. The bread proofing basket is really small I donât know how youâd expect that to hold a loaf. The dutch oven was the size I was looking for.

I really like my pan. I have only used it a few times. Sourdough bread came out beautifully. I also ordered the oval pan and have only used it a few times. I donât preheat my pans before baking my bread and still have great results. I think you would really enjoy it!

Well made set but missing parts
Small but it was what I was looking for. Sadly the first one was missing the bread sling and cleaning brush. Reordered and the second one was missing the bread sling. Very disappointed! Can’t find company contact info…they should send missing parts to everyone who is missing items. Beware!
