I used this for baking gifts for friends. I do not have a business but I could see this being perfect for one.First off the size is small but perfect for a single serving or 2 people that only want a few bites. It was so easy to bake with these. I made mini tres leches cakes. I filled them with just under 1/2 a cup of cake batter. I loaded them up on 2 cookie sheets and baked them. The original recipe was for a 9×13 cake and said to bake for 30mins. I only needed to bake them for 15 minutes and a toothpick came out clean. They were sponge cakes so they rise a bit too much. I would put a little less batter next time. Luckily they deflated just enough. I put a whipped cream topping on them and was able to close the lids just fine. A few kids came warped but they will fit on the containers if you try hard enough. They fit into my fridge stacked up on each other, even though they are pretty heavy from the tres leches. They are sturdy.Overall Iâm very happy with the product.

These were perfect for my cottage baking business. they sold out at both events! the lid, presentation and the little spoon made it so convenient for my customers! Reordered!!!! Just take note that the lids are stuck together. you aren’t shorted lids, just some may be snug inside another.

I liked the size of the pans, they were a bit flimsier then expected and the lids didn’t always stay on. But those were not deal breakers for me. Just put a cute sticker or ribbon on them and they will look great!

LOVE THESE PANS!!
I baked single-serve carrot cakes and brownies for a birthday celebration at work and these pans were great!! It was so much easier to serve cake this way rather than cutting and serving a big cake! And they are just too cute when you tie them with a ribbon and attach the spork, which are also included with the pans. I think I need to order more so that I have these on hand for the next cake celebration that we have.The only thing I had a tough time finding was how much batter to put in them and how long to bake them so I’m going to include what worked for me.I used my cookie scooper (which is a smaller version of an ice-cream scoop) and put 3 scoops of batter in the pan – it doesn’t seem like much, but it bakes up level with the top of the pan. I still had plenty of room to add frosting and could easily put the cover on. I baked both carrots cakes and brownies – and the bake times ranged from about 18 – 20 minutes. Just be sure to test cake with a toothpick – insert in center of cake and it should be clean when you remove it. If it has batter on it, then you need to bake 2 or 3 more minutes.Another thing about using these mini pans is that these mini cakes cooled down so much quicker than whole cakes, so I was able to frost them after about 30 minutes from taking them out of the oven. When I baked a whole cake, sometimes I wasn’t able to frost the cake until the next day.The only issue I had was that some of the lids were crushed – they were still usable but they were hard to snap on because the side was crushed – so that’s why I gave a 4-star rating. But otherwise, these pans were great! I may not go back to baking whole cakes!

Me and a friend used to take balloons to the nursing home residence when it was their birthday month. But when itâs windy and there are more than 3 birthdays in a month the balloons get tangled. Needed to find something simpler. These are great. Theyâre very sturdy not thin at all. I can get about 9 little cakes from one cake mix and I love how they come with forks/spoons and a top. So much easier. The residents really love that someone cares enough to bake them a little cake for their birthday. Great product.
