Great little knife
I bought this knife because I needed smaller knives in the kitchen. My husband of course got very upset because he does not cook but he feels that we had enough knives. Funny, now he uses this knife all the time. Good quality, feels great in my hands and my hands are small. But I’m able to grip it and I felt the design was pretty good. I don’t have a dishwasher so I don’t know if it’s dishwasher safe. But it has survived my husband’s dishwashing skills and rinse is clean. I have yet to sharpen it. But it seems to hold an edge. I’d probably get another one if I need one. It’s nice to have knives around that you can use one for onions and then grab another one for something else and not have to go back to the sink each time to rinse them off. So I think the value was pretty good. The blade is a little thick, but not so that it’s intrusive. I liked it

This knife is easy to hold and control with 2 fingers, super easy to clean- I have even put it in the dishwasher and it came out just like new. Good weight and easy to chop food. Great value for just under $30!

Very sharp and great quality but the knife is a little thick
Super sharp knife and excellent quality. The knife itself is just a little thick so it doesnât cut through tougher items like apples as well as Iâd like. But that might just be what pairing knives are like. Recommend washing by hand, not in the dish washer. Havenât had any rusting issues washing by hand. Handle is just a little thick as well but hasnât been an issue. Overall happy.

I bought this knife for my wife. She loves it. Itâs become her âgo-toâ knife. After 55 years of marriage, her knife block has 12 different knives; none of them came with the block originally; all were purchased separately for a specific purpose. This knife has a good balance toward the handle. It fits her hand perfectly but itâs a little small for me – itâs a small knife, so that figures. Itâs light weight so it doesnât fatigue her hand/wrist. It was sharp out of the box. I havenât had to sharpen it yet. It is some type of stainless steel, not sure which one. I highly recommend this knife.
