I cook every day and use these to hold spices, fresh chopped garlic, lemon/lime zest, veggies, fruits, etc. I like to organize the food before I start cooking and these work great. Good heavy ramekins that have held up well to daily use. They can also be used to make crème brûlée as they are oven proof. Several color options available. Every kitchen needs a good set of ramekins!

Really nice and good size for so many things
Let me start out by saying I have ramekins in about 4 different sizes in my cupboard. Of all of them, these are probably the best size for most applications. I love my shirred eggs, but my other ramekins were larger than these, and the yolk would travel to the side. These allow the yolk to stay right in the middle. I also use these for holding chopped chives, or nuts or other prepped items until I’m ready to use them. Probably too small for a creme brulee. I love the color and they clean up really easily.
