Lovely and very good quality dishes
These dishes are the perfect size for single or double portions to bake in and reheat in the microwave. They also fit in my air fryer for baking or reheating as well, which is a plus. I keep crumbles in my freezer and simply add fruit or sweet potatoes to the dish and crumbles on top for a quick dessert in the air fryer. I love them!

I was skeptical buy I thought I’d give it a shot at making small cheesecakes to go along with my holiday cookies and breads to share with friends and neighbors. They turned out perfectly in these dishes. I’m thinking they would be great for small pot pies, as well. Highly recommend. They were very well received. They also clean up beautifully after used for baking.

Great size for individual portions. Heavy but not too cumbersome. The fluted outside makes them fancy enough for tableware serving if that’s important to you, but also that means little corners for baked on food to hide. All in all the perfect little pots!

So in my first review, I explained that the dishes were adorable and perfect for my purposes, but one of the four cracked the first time I put it in the microwave. I immediately sent the cracked one back with an explanation of what happened with normal usage in the microwave and they immediately sent me a brand new set of four. For this reason I am giving them five stars for service and reliability. Love these little dishes for individual quiches, pot pies, other dishes to be frozen for suppers.

Perfect size for individual pot pies
I previously made individual pot pies in handled crocks that were deeper than these dishes. The crocks held more filling but I thought the filling to crust proportions were off with really more filling than most of us could eat. These dishes are perfectly sized, holding just the right amount for one person and the edges are alsi perfect for holding the dough crust securely. Really couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
