Good size for counter top oven – Keeps drippings away from the fish/meat.
I got this smaller pan for our countertop oven when using cookie sheets let items stew in their own juices. Frozen fish slabs, especially produce a lot of liquid as the grill, and I wanted that to drain away as the slabs cooked. This is perfect for that use. I’ve also broiled steaks with the same results. Clean up of the pan is a snap with the ceramic coating. I had some BBQ sauce that charred a bit, and it came right off. Great pan set for my use. Very happy.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I prefer this smaller size over the larger ones that I have. Perfect size to cook bacon on or a meatloaf in the oven. The nonstick coating makes clean-up a breeze. Great value for the money.

Superb Replacement Broil Set
Moved into an apartment equipped with a gas stove ((I’m in heaven â¤ï¸)) but the broiling rack was missing and when I called the manufacturer to price it, it turns out that the specific replacement grill/drip pan would cost around $65 plus s/h….jeeeez!!!!I looked everywhere online for a cheaper option but was having trouble bcuz it’s a small stove and the broiler drawer is an odd size (13×15)Finally, I had the thought that I don’t need a full-size grill bcuz I’m not planning on broiling a large amount of food at once, right, so when I saw THIS set that measures 8×13, at a good price, I bought it.. and inserted it sideways!! so it’s 13″ wide and 8″ deep… perfect for broiling a burger patty or two or a couple pork chops, etcFolks, I had the most DELICIOUS broiled burger for dinner tonight; there’s nothing like flame-kissed beef IMO and it was so way better than the electric broiler I had before!!!!Anyhoo, back to reviewing this set… it’s solid steel with a nonstick finish (gotta say that I still used pam spray to protect the finish and I lined the drip tray with heavy duty reynolds foil) so I’m confident there won’t be warping from frequent use like I’ve experienced with other brands..This set will probably outlive me LOLNot to mention that it has a **5 year warranty**All in all, a great replacement at a third of the price it will cost to buy it from the stove’s manufacturerI highly recommend this!

Wonderful Broiler Pan
This pan is the perfect size for broiling a steak or a couple of burgers. I have never owned a full-porcelain plan, having only stainless steel on the top. This pan is great, since the coating allows for easy clean-up. If I consider all of the years of elbow grease with SOS padsâ¦I should have known of this option years ago.
