I havenât used them for baking yet so I canât comment on how evenly they bake. They are definitely heavy duty and solid. They are bigger than a normal cookie sheet, but thatâs what I wanted and it delivered.

Perfect racks
The spacing of the wires on the rack is perfect in that they will support foods evenly. Our jalapeño poppers wonât fall through any gaps on these babies!

Very poor quality.
Both of the racks I received had extremely sharp spots where the wires were attached to the frame of the racks. The wires seem like they were cut to size but not deburred, leaving sharp metal ends. One wire even had a 1/16″ piece of welding wire still attached and sticking out. It’s impossible to handle these racks without the wires snagging your skin.One of the racks had a frame which was bent in assembly, and the the assembly worker couldn’t be bothered to correct it and instead just welded the wires offset to compensate. Certainly not a functional issue, but it it further shows the poor assembly quality.The other rack doesn’t sit flat on a flat surface. The center feet are lower than the outer feet, making the rack rock back and forth.These racks are disappointing, cheap garbage.

bought this in combination with the Sheet pan and it is great. Sturdy, well balanced and high grade. I use it to set cooked food on it to circulate air so food doesn’t get mushy. I am using more than I thought I would. Cleans up well

Great for an entire sheet of cookies
The size is perfect for an entire sheet of cookies. I use parchment paper and simply slide the entire sheet of cookies onto the rack to finish cooling. The cross wires keep the shape of the cookies so they are not drooping through the wires when they are transferred directly from the cookie sheet without the parchment paper. (The paper just makes it easier)
