    My New Favorite Pie Pan
    I didn’t think I would love this Cast Iron Pie Pan so much, but I do! The pan heats evenly, as described by Lehman’s. It It cooks my pies nice, light and flakey. I’ve made pies in a glass pan for years. I finally have something better and I’m putting my glass pan away. Lehman’s pan has a beautifully rustic design, cleans up easy and it bakes the pies better than anything I’ve used. I highly recommend this lovely pie pan. Your pie baking will be greatly elevated to new heights.

    Great for Pies and more!
    We used glass pie pans for years, this was a major step up! The crust is amazing with this, it’s deep and make great pot pies. It also does a better job with dutch babies (oven pancakes).

    Cast iron + pie = YYUUUMMMMM
    Summary: I love cast iron for cooking. This pie pan is wonderfulPros: Deeper dish than other pie pans allows for thicker slices; cast iron creates a very even bakingCons: the only con is the extra work it takes to maintain cast iron rather than glass or enamel pit pans. (But in my opinion it is worth it)Overall: I recommend this pie pan. The deeper pan and the evenness of the baking is so worth the extra steps in care it takes for a cast iron piece of cookery.
