Much larger than I thought
âRamekinsâ are usually small enough for ketchup to dip your fries in. But these are large enough to hold a hefty serving of flan. Thatâs okay, Iâll just use them for small cakes.These dishes are well made and beautiful, and they come with lids. They come with lids!!!!!
The fact that these come with lids makes them 10000000x better than others. The lids are soft but tight. In fact every time I place a lid on a ramekin I have to let air put because it traps air and makes a bubble. They seem to be airtight because the air won’t come out if it push down on the bubble. I have to burp it, so to speak. Easy to put on. Makes them stacklabe when storing in the fridge. Or storing to out away. I baked in them with no problem. They were easy to wash. They seem to be a bit bigger than the ramekins I’ve seen before but perfect for a single serving. I am VERY happy with these and I’d recommend them.
