Well made, well designed pot. I really appreciate the quality and attention to detail. This is not a cheap Chinese pot. I’m so glad this company has maintained its commitment to quality. The sloping sides make this a very versatile pot. It can be used to roast, stew, braise and even stir fry like a wok. The large size is a bonus because it allows it to be used for almost any size recipe. Smaller meals can be cooked in a large pot; but large meals can’t be made in a small one. This has become my favorite, go-to, enameled pot. I highly recommend it.

My Primary Dutch Oven!
I love it, I use it quite frequently. I have other dutch ovens of different brands but they donât compare to the quality and lightweight of the Le Creuset. Definitely worth the money.

This oven is quite large and is EXACTLY what I wanted. The large top makes it easy to use, and it can function almost like a wok. It seems to distribute heat very well and an evenly, and allows one to use a lower temperature setting than one would use with other vessels. The single drawback is that it is a bit of a challenge, so to say, for cleaning, because of its size and weight. That is what I expected when ordering the oven, however, so I will not downgrade my rating because of that. It is one thing to keep in mind, however, if you are considering this.

Ayuda a controlar el calor y distribuirlo de mejor manera. Por su recubrimiento uso mucho meno aceite y grasa, logrando que los platos sean más saludables.
