Decent but could be better
For as often as Iâll use it it works fine after a little learning curve. Itâs not the most durable and I wish it was either metal or perhaps slightly sharper plastic. Itâs cheap and it works but Iâd probably pay a lip more for something easier and more durable. If you plan to use it a lot Iâd look elsewhere but itâs surely ample for the occasional use.

Overall this is an okay device. The one issue is that it doesnât cut through the dough as good as a metal one. Therefore you need to separate the cuts with a sharp knife to get the lattice. Recommend that you lay the dough out and then refresh it before you work it. It improves the cut and keeps the dough firm when you work it with the knife.

Cheap doesn’t cut through
I had a hard time cutting through puff pastry. I re-rolled it multiple times to different thicknesses and pressed down hard. Didn’t work at all. Definitely going to try to find a metal one. The plastic is cheap.
