Perfect for French Onion and Other Soups
These are really pretty and while a different brand match the color of my dutch ovens.They are the perfect size for French Onion Soup, Chili, individual pot pies, individual souffles and more. I will be using these alot and have used them several times since I got them.Also clean up is easy by hand or in the dishwasher.I will be getting another set in the future so I have 8.

You can’t always get what you want…
but if you try sometime you’ll find you get what you need. I was just looking to purchase two more inexpensive borosilicate glass containers with glass lids approximately 12-14 oz. size suitable for use in a microwave. I already own two different sets of such containers. This is a size that is ideal for single person food portion preparation and/or refrigerator storage. I found I was always running out with some containers in the dishwasher and some in the refrigerator. This product used to be extremely easy to find in stores and on-line but no one seems to make clear glass utilitarian containers like this anymore. I found these Lareina cocottes instead which not only satisfy my clear glass container requirements but are much nicer for serving food and also match my blue Puebla dishes. My existing containers have ears; these have nice decorative handles. I am really pleased with this purchase. A very attractive, more functional set and a great value when compared to similar competing products.

Very Nice/Love them
Very well made, color is great, and does everything the expensive version does except go in the freezer. Priced 80% less than the other one. I haven’t used them yet…it’s a bowl, what could go wrong.?? Update: Used them several times and they are great. Keeps food warm longer while your eating.
