I needed small racks for my pellet grill.
I had a half dozen larger cooling racks that I was using in my pellet grill on my cooks. I needed smaller ones that would fit on my seasoning plates, square plastic plates from Walmart, and then go directly on the grill for easy handling of what I was smoking. I don’t like wasting expensive seasoning. Rotating these can be done while still in the grill while the larger ones had to be taken out and rotated. I haven’t even had them 2 weeks and they have already been used four times. Easy to clean because they fit flat in my sink where I can let them soak in a couple inches of hot water and soap to break up any stuck seasonings or sauces. A good investment that will pay for themselves in a short time in what I save in not wasting seasonings.

Size is Great for Small Counters
