Speaking Out –
Love, love, love!
My old mini prep food processor was fantastic but after many years of careful use the plastic bowl locking mechanism broke. I purchased a much more recent model by Cusinart about five years ago for my parents house and when I used it to blend salad dressing, the top leaked. Others have also mentioned this issue in their reviews of the Cusinart. I read reviews on every small Cusinart and Kitchen Aid food processor and minute, and the poor quality of the bowls was always noted. I found this unknown product on Amazon and read its reviews. I purchased one and used it today. I love the multilevel blades. You donât have to pulverize bread into powder to be able to incorporate the whole slice. I love the glass bottom bowl and sturdy plastic lid. I love the way the motor fits on top and doesnât get filthy when it is used. I love the way it didnât leak when I poured water in it and turned it on. I love the ease of cleaning it. I love the removeable rubber ring around the bottom which keeps this appliance from moving on the counter as itâs being used. I love the size. Itâs bigger than my wonderful, old, little Cuinart but itâs not too big, like my much larger Cusinart. It fits easily in my pantry where the other Cusinart used to sit. I love it so much that I bought a second one as a back up. It seems like when a company makes a great product they sell their company to someone who either does away with their products entirely or doesnât care about maintaining their standards, or the original company cheapens their products to make a bigger profit. This is a great product for me and my needs. I canât tell you about how well this might work on big hunks of cheese or veggies or meats. I use other things for those. Note – there is a line on a sticker on the glass bowl which marks the level for using meat. So far, there isnât anything I donât love about this product!

Very Impressive. & Powerful…..I Love It.
I was looking to replace my bulky Hamilton Hamilton Beach “Compact” 8-Cup Food Processor. I barely used it in 7 years because it was a huge pain in the behind to work with and clean, and I absolutely love kitchen appliances. The term “Compact” makes me chuckle….that thing is annoyingly sized. Not storage-friendly at all. Not a fan at all.In looking online for a better solution, I saw this on Amazon and the reviews it received, then decided to give it a try. I was so impressed when I made 1-1/2 lbs. of Italian Sausage this morning. The grind or processed sausage was just the consistency I wanted, not too grainy. The motor wasn’t stressed at all! IT WAS GREAT!!! I’m making maple breakfast sausage tomorrow morning when I get my maple sugar in from Amazon. I’m so excited. It’s so much better than hauling out the Kitchenaid to double grind the pork to get the consistency I like. I didn’t mind grinding in two batches because it was done in 30 seconds each batch as recommended by the operating instructions (which honestly blew my mind). It was so speedy and thorough, geez…only ONE MINUTE OF PROCESSING TOTAL. I could’ve done it in one batch but didn’t want to overwork the machine on the first try to be on the safe side. I needn’t have worried because this thing is powerful and efficient. Yep…could’ve done it all in one batch if I wanted to.Cleaning up was a dream too. I was through washing and sanitizing before I knew it. It takes up a fraction of the space of my previous processor (which did nothing but frustrate me because of the high profile). I’m more than happy with this purchase, especially for the price being under $40.Even if it lasts only a year I’m still not mad at it. I will have gotten more than my money’s worth out of it in a few months performance wise at this rate. One note: I recommend hand washing although washing/care instructions aren’t mentioned in the online description.

One of my favorite gadgets
Absolutely ð¯ love. Easy to use, easy to clean. Very durable. Chops great. I use it to chop meats and works great. It is what is says it is and looks exactly like picture. Great size, fits in cabinet perfectly.

Everything works well except one craftmanship
I like its simplicity but still do its job. There is one small issue and that is due to the craftmanship: the electric unit doesn’t quite sit into the lid hole which makes it hard for it to click into the blade top. You have to juggle/wiggle it a lot to find it clutch.

Great value!
After 34 years, I had to get rid of my Cuisinart because the plastic bowl had cracked. I only used it for chopping. I like this so much better. Much more lightweight for storing in an upper cabinet. Love the concept of attaching the motor through the lid. Blades function better than the Cuisinart. Sturdy glass bowl is easy to clean and so is the lid. It does what I need it to do!

Quick little chopper
My mother in law had an old, practically original quisinart food processor complete with a rack to house all the attachments and it took up two complete shelves in her kitchen. She no longer cooks herself and in the 27 years Iâve been married Iâve never seen her use the thing. Recently I was cooking and needed to chop some vegetables in the processor and realized that the bowl itself is missing. I decided to replace her old machine with a simple chopper because I donât need one that dices and juliennes, etc. I am impressed with this machine because it is compact yet powerful and reasonably priced. I appreciate that the bowl is glass instead of plastic because my old plastic one I have at home is so etched that I wonder how much plastic we are ingesting each time I use it. Iâm buying one for myself now too. The only design flaw is the nonslip silicone ring at the bottom. It doesnât stay in place very well so doesnât serve the purpose. I have granite countertops which are slick when using the glass bowl so I still used the silicone ring but it kept coming off. I have my own silicone mat at home that I will use instead so itâs not a deal breaker. Iâd like to see this one come with a mat instead of the flimsy ring but truly, that is the only thing keeping this from being absolute perfection.

We attempt to make all our meals from âscratch â. As my wife and I age we are less inclined to chop finely 8 cups of carrots for soup, countless onions and loads of garlic. We have limited counter space and donât want to be lifting heavy equipment. After research we settled on the La Reveuse food processor . It is moderately powerful, not heavy and easy to clean as it has a large glass processing bowl .The blades are very sharp and care in use and cleaning must be followed. It day great job in chopping the vegetables. I made carrot soup and it was a breeze! The only improvement I would like to see is the top plastic housing for the motor which is also an interface for the glass processing bowl be moulded in such a manner as to be lockable down to the large glass bowl after it is loaded and the cutting blades in place. My vision is similar to the mixing bowl attaching to the base of a stand mixer. It would encase the blades and make it safer to use in a busy kitchen especially with grandchildren around. My wife and I are happy with the purchase.

I have a full size kitchen aid mixer and 2 small ones this thing is 10 times better. The glass bowl the double stack blades Are amazing!! We have bfind mincing or chopping food for 30 years from my brotsir with the kitchen 8 full size mixer and 2 smaller versions (off brands) This one is superior. Shredded chicken No problem Thai speech if were vegetables to your desired sizes no problem!! I might buy a second one just to have a backup.

This is a great food processor with a glass bowl. It’s not huge, but really works. My only complaint is it can be tricky to line up the top motor onto the blade attachment and takes some fiddling to get going.
