Wow
I own too many bread, knives. Itâs a problem. I keep looking for the best, which I think is a Pipe dream. Anyway, this had a design Iâve never seen before with multiple solution types all in one knife. It is very sharp, but the true test is how long will this last until it becomes irritating to use. And with the price, Iâm not too worried about it as you can get another one quite simply. The negatives are the light handle and needing to be set in the handle another half inch. The positives are the multiple serrations, cost, Ability to use it across different textures and food items, size, and Comfort. I canât wait to try it out on a brisket and some different styles of bread. Vegetables and soft bread were raging success.

Wow.. it’s amazing
Wow. The design looked different and it isn’t expensive so I tried it. It cuts through bread and fruit like butter. Amazing. How long it’ll stay sharp? I have no idea. But it’s super light, and almost feels flimsy. But this thing is incredibly sharp, but won’t cut you as bad if you make a mistake as other sharp knives I have had. I ordered four different bread knives around the same price and this was by far my favorite. I run a restaurant so we go through a ton of knives. This will probably be the one we stick with.

Solid construction, good sharpness
I bought this knife not expecting much because the price was so good, and I was pleasantly surprised. The tang seems solidly attached and the knife is reasonably sharp. Perfect for cutting bread, even really crusty bread. I don’t necessarily expect this to perform to the level of an expensive chef knife, but for how we use it I’m quite pleased.

I don’t know if this helps anyone, but I make sourdough bread. It normally is very crispy, and needs a pretty sharp knife to cut it. I have tried at least four knives before this one. None of them were Sharp enough or long enough. This knife is cheap, sharp, easy to handle, and long. It is also extremely versatile. Other than slicing bread, it also made a great knife for slicing vegetables. The only thing to watch out for is that The knife is a little thin, so if you are cutting a very hard surface, it can bend. However, for most practical everyday uses, it’s a fantastic knife.
