Für anderes Fleisch, wie Steak, kann man diesen aber auch aufdrehen, damit das Fett abflieÃen kann. Um in dieser Auffangrinne richtig saubermachen zu können, sollte man aber eine dünne Reinigungsbürste verwenden. Ansonsten lässt sich die Oberfläche gut reinigen, und zerkratzt nicht. Das war meine gröÃte Befürchtung.Super!
