This is a quality product that I will use again and again. The 10 oz ramekins are a perfect size for making miniature pies and other baked products. It’s a great way to set portion sizes for items so that you can use whole recipes. I made tiny cakes, shepherd’s pies and chicken pot pies. Next up, tiny ratatouille’s !! They are easy to clean, look amazing and easy to reheat in the microwave. I used half power settings to get everything heated through and keep the ramekins from getting to hot.
