I buy one every two yearsâ¦..
I really like this immersion blender, so much that Iâve bought one every two years – 2017 and 2019. Why you ask? Because after 2 years the metal rod with the blades will no longer stay up inside this attachment where it needs to be to meet the motor. When this happens the motor turns but the blades donât. In my first photo you can see the metal rod has dropped. It should be higher and locked. In my second photo you can see the blades which are up when they should be down. What ever held that rod up has failed on each of my blender sticks. It bothers me because it is such a simple thing to have fail. But now I can now longer blend my soups, smoothies, froth milk, etc. (The motor portion still powers the food processor attachment because it attaches directly to the motor.) While this product wasnât expensive, I donât like buying something every 2 years only to have to âtoss itâ. I prefer to repair things or pay more money and have them last. I am looking at Bamix immersion blenders now. Btw, I only hand washed the wand portion and neither blender was overly used. Makes me sad but I need to say good-bye to my KOIOS 800W Immersion Hand Blender.

I’ve had it for 10 months now and it has worked perfectly. Its pieces are of really good quality, easy to use, the features are very useful. It might overheat a bit after nonstop minutes of use, so better to give it some seconds of rest each to minutes at least. Very good look&feel of the product, it shows the quality.

Terrible Quality and Even Worse Service
I bet I am not the only one who doesn’t like to buy an item for a price only to find out later on that the same item sells for half the price with more features/add ons.I paid more than $60 + tax for this item, now it sells for a little over $30. Tough luck, I guess, but that is not what I find worse about my purchase, the very worst thing is that my wife has not been able to use the blender consistently due to the TERRIBLE QUALITY in it. About a month after purchasing it, she noticed the whisker was not fully functional. It slipped and lacked power even for the lightest jobs. Finally, a little before warranty had expired, the metal part in the whisker attachment became loose and unusable. I had to contact the seller.That was something. First of all, they demanded I take a video of the failure and upload it to their website. The video HAD TO be 10-15MB or less (I am not sure exactly how large, but something ridiculous like that). Try to accomplish that with the current video formats available in phones, even in low quality. They are clearly trying to make things difficult for buyers to obtain warranty service. I only can imagine what it would be like for an older person to comply with such narrow-minded requirements.In the end, they did send me a replacement in the cheapest packaging I have seen. I wish I had taken a picture of it so I could post it here. THE REPLACEMENT ALSO BROKE after 5 (yes, FIVE) uses. My conclusion is that the plastic used to attach the whisker to the blender is too weak. It is doing the same thing as the original one, it keeps slipping when in use. I am even concerned about food poisoning given the loose plastic coming out of it.I am sorry I ever wasted my money on this product. I am even sorrier that you can find so many cheap-in terms of quality, not cost- products on Amazon. The review system used to be what made Amazon stand out among the rest of the companies, but it seems like Chinese companies have outplayed Amazon. I don’t trust it anymore.

LOVE this KOIOS 800W Immersion Hand Blender!
I ordered this wand to replace another new one (around $35) that was a huge disappointment re: performance, design, usability and more.It arrived today and I “test drove” it by making my fave daily sustenance: a fruit and yoghurt smoothie using chipped ice, frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, fresh pineapple and banana, and coconut chips. This wand is more than capable of quickly pulverizing the mix with ease. In fact, the coconut chips which are tough to get fully blended, are rendered smooth and no longer tiny chunks that get caught in my teeth.The motor is pretty quiet and I got no resistance, blade catching or high-pitched distress whirring I was getting from the off-brand former one.Sleek design, comfortable and easy to use. I like how the wand releases when finished with a couple screw turns. Former one had two release buttons that were awkward and difficult for my arthritic hands to operate.The excellent power and performance far exceeded expectations. No more trying to force the thing to do the job, or endless, tiring rotations to accomplish the task.I like that it comes with dry food chopper, whisk and milk frother attachments, and a handy beaker (although it’s virtually impossible to see the embossed, clear plastic measurements and only shows milliliters and ozs, not cups. (Easy fix with a Sharpie).Wand is super easy to clean. Easier than my Cuisinart one that had the same type of blade.I’m super happy with this purchase!

I used this 3 times. Washed, stored in box and used properly. Broke into pieces on the inside while trying to use the hand immersion blender. Everything was clicked into place and its just destroyed itself.Even though I spend thousands of dollars on this website every year, Amazon is too cheap to refund us outside of 30 days because heaven forbid you use this for more than 30 days.Amazon and the seller wipe their hands clean and refuse to do ANYTHING, even giving the manufacturers warranty information.The customer service and common decency as well as common sense is clearly lacking with this company. Yeah, go ahead and keep selling this defective item on your website Amazon. Steal more peoples money. Good job!

La velocidad es la misma, si usas más de 1 minuto se calienta un poco el motor, el espumador no me fue útil, no levanta, pero lo demás si, solo que espero vendan repuestos de vasos y piezas ya que el vaso del procesador se siente fragil
