Solid little pan with good fitting lid
I like this little pan a lot. I use it almost daily. I’m single so it’s a great size for grilled cheese, morning eggs, pork chops and hamburgers. I even use it to steam broccoli. It’s super easy to clean and the non-stick surface so far is perfect. It’s heavy enough to distribute heat well. I like also that the handle and knob on the lid are metal and can take heat so can be used in the oven. The knob gets hot but that’s what hot pads are for. I feel that this pan is a great value for the money and is likely as good as similar sized pans costing over twice as much, like the one this pan replaced. Will have to wait and see how the non-stick coating holds up over time.

Great for eggs. I can leave it on the stove and it never looks messy.
Bought this as an egg pan, and it works great with a quick spray of oil. I wanted the lid for over easy, and it fits securely and helps get the whites solid. If I decide to flip, it’s an easy toss and the sides are beveled enough to make it easy. Since I only wash my egg pans on the weekend, I like the fact that I can leave this one on the stove and since it’s patterened it never really looks dirty. Very happy so far.

It’s really nonstick!
Finally a nonstick skillet that’s really nonstick. I’ve fried meat, eggs and potatoes and other vegetables and have had no issues with anything sticking. Now for the issue(s): if what’s being fried takes any length of time the metal handle gets hot as does the one on the lid, burned my fingers removing the lid to stir the vegetables the first time it took a few extra minutes to cook. Not really a major issue as using an oven mitt solves the problem and the fact that the skillet is nonstick more than compensates for any shortcomings.

Great little pan & nice heavy lid
1st order Lid did not fit properly. Pan & lid was replaced by Amazon with no problem. Pan has good non stick surface & evenly distributes heat. Great little pan for eggs and omelets. Pan surface cleans up easily. My only complaint is the handle design / construction. The handle is attached by 3 heavy duty rivets that are somewhat close together. The handle is solidly attached to the pan, but the bottom rivet is not flush with the pan’s surface. As a result, food tends to collect around the rivets and requires soaking or a non abrasive pad to clean thoroughly. Other than it’s a 5 star product.

Slick egg pan.
Bought this as a anniversary present for the wife. Yea, seems lame, but we are middle age and don’t buy each other much. But, she scrambles herself a couple of eggs almost daily, and she spent way too much time cleaning a crusty pan. So, I bought her this for the sole purpose of being an egg pan. I have also used it for over easy eggs. Well, this pan is legit for eggs. No stick. No crusty eggs. No stick whatsoever, did I mention that? Even melted cheese doesn’t stick. We cook on medium-low power only. She uses spray, I use a dab of olive oil. Similar results. This is not a high heat pan! Used for a couple of months now, as I wanted to get lots of use before reviewing. That time is up. This is a great egg pan. I would definitely recommend. Your uses may vary, but if you need a good nonstick medium or lower pan, this is it.Oh, the lid is actually pretty nice, and fits and seals nicely.

No dishwasher! Trust me, donât do it.
I love the pan and use it a few times a week. I havenât tried it in the oven. It does say not to put it in the dishwasher and I thought, it wonât hurt it, Iâll try it. Well, the handle *fills* up with water and itâs extremely difficult to get it out! You have to spend about 5 minutes shaking it over a sink to get it out (there is no opening and there isnât meant to be). Heed my advice and wash it by hand like they recommend. Every time I forget, I quickly remember and mentally kick myself again.As for cooking, the heat distribution is not bad, itâs obviously hotter in the middle. Non stick is pretty good too. Overall, a very good pan and washes easyâ¦so donât put it in the dishwasher!

Great Pan Except for the Cover
I initially gave this pan a 5-star review, but after using this pan for after a few months, there’s an inherent design flaw regarding how the handle is secured to the glass cover. Under the glass cover, there’s a metal washer and a nut which anchors the screw & handle to the cover. The problem is that the handle is constantly coming loose, and after each use of the cover, I need to tighten the screw. The problem? The metal washer slips against the glass surface. I tighten the screw as much as possible without cracking the glass, but it never holds. A better choice would have been a rubber washer so that it won’t slip against the glass. Therefore, if you purchase this pan, have a screwdriver on hand because you’re going to need to tighten the screw with each use of the cover. If a hot cover should slip off, there’s also a potential safety issue with getting burned. I also think it could be a potential liability issue. It’s simply a nuisance to need to tighten the cover after each use. I still like the pan, but the cover is another matter.I love this pan and its high-quality. I especially like how the heat evenly distributes at the bottom of the pan, creating more even cooking without “cold” spots as some pans do. I especially appreciate the smaller size I ordered because as a single person, I may just want to cook a hamburger or hot dog for lunch without dirtying a larger pan. Clean-up of the pan is a breeze. When I received the pan, and after washing it, I did season the pan with some oil even though the instructions didn’t indicate it was necessary. I plan to buy a larger size of this pan as I get rid of my older, Teflon pan, which is beginning to show some wear. I highly recommend this pan.
