Easy and effective
I can never sharpen a knife and find that this is easy to use and does a nice job. Iâve tried other sharpeners and a wet stone and this is much easier.

Awesome
Love this sharpner. It takes some work to get a new edge but well worth it.

Easy to use
Works amazing

Not worth the money
This will sharpen a very dull blade, but ruins the edge on semi-sharp knives so do not use it on a high quality knife. It also just got the blades very sharp or work any better then other knife sharpening tools

Back to Basics with a Touch of Nostalgia
I snagged this “Knife Sharpener Tool Rolling Knife Sharpener Kit” just yesterday as a surprise for my mom. She’s the kind of cook who loves her kitchen tools seasoned with a bit of history and simplicityâno flashy, high-tech gadgets for her. Sharpening her own knives is something of a ritual, and she’s always had a knack for keeping them in tip-top shape by hand.
When I handed her this sharpener, her eyes lit up. The kit features both diamond and ceramic discs, blending old-school methods with a touch of modern efficiency. It’s manual, which is right up her alleyâshe likes feeling connected to her tools, feeling every turn of the blade as it regains its edge. She dove right in, pulling out some of her favorite knives that were due for a tune-up.
The sharpener itself is pretty sleek and straightforward, about 15 inches long, making it a good fit for her kitchen drawer but still sturdy enough for serious sharpening sessions. She mentioned how the handle felt secure in her grip and how satisfying it was to hear the subtle scrape of the blades getting sharper.
By dinner time, she was chopping vegetables with a grin, proud of her newly sharpened knives. Itâs not just a tool for her; itâs a reminder of the tactile joy of cooking.

Not happy with this product
Disks are not marked. It is difficult to say which one is grinding disk and which one is honing one.
It does not work very well – my knife got more dull after using this product.

Knife sharpener
It seems to work fairly well. Have only used one time.

What can you expect for $29.99, not much. First time use, and I was blown away. You might have to fiddle around a bit for either small paring knives, or over large knives, but it did a fine job indeed. Been sharpening knives for the last 50 years(since I was about 10), and this does a simply amazing job for a quick top up. Is it the best, no. For the price I paid itâs fantastic, however.

It has sanding discs which after a couple of rolls it will consume and it wonât sharpen your knife.
The knife is still dull as before after a lot of time wasted trying.

Got this for the hubby for Christmas and he loves it. He says it works very well.

Works as described. Super easy and takes all the guessing away. I was also surprised at how quickly it works. Wish I would have known about these 60 yrs. ago.( I am 77 now)

This device is not made for larger chef knives. The diameter of the drum is too small. I found a work around by having the rolling from on a cutting board and the knife and magnetic block on the counter. The knife moves around a lot as you run the roller back and forth. So the angle is inconsistent. A third hand might be helpful, but I have only two. I managed to get most of my knives a bit sharper than they were but not as good as a more complete system such as my Lansky set. It is very quick and easy to set up so I will use it as a touch up between professional sharpening or the much more complicated and time consuming Lansky set
