Very good deal!
Good quality and looking. Since the thermal expansion rates of 403 stainless steel and titanium are similar, their combination makes the coating stronger and less likely to fall off. This “anti-scratch surface” is probably a titanium reinforced surface. The coating feels thicker. I used it cook several dishes that are particularly prone to sticking and the results were completely non-stick. This wok solves almost all the problems of non-stick ones (such as coating wear and tear, bottom deformation, and unhealthy PTFE, etc.). Such a high-end non-stick wok is sold at the price of a low-end one. Very good deal!The only downside is the lid design. There is always water stuck inside the metal at the edge and center of the lid. However, this flaw can be almost ignored as it does not affect the performance of the wok.

This is a great amazing little pan and does so much!
I absolutely love using this pen for almost everything I do. I like to cook little quick meals and this is perfect for that. Also, Iâm using it to fry my eggs in the morning. And also to cook my roti in the morning.Overall, Iâve used this for so many things and I definitely would say this is just the perfect heat distribution and doesnât let anything burn easily. I love the heavy duty of this pot. Itâs such a good quality item and it doesnât scratch easily even though I do use wooden spoons and plastic spatulas. I just see a little Pam spray when I fry an egg or anything that I fry, but I think you can even try it without using anything and itâll work because it is nonstick and I have found that it does not stick when youâre cooking with this. I would definitely recommend just using a medium temperature never go higher than that because then definitely things would start to burn and I donât think it was meant to cook on that kind of heat. Overall, I would recommend this the titanium is so pretty and worth it.

Nice, sturdy little pan
This is a solid and well-performing little pan, but I emphasize ‘little’ – though that, the size, is clearly stated. It has a nice heft, but not overly heavy like cast iron, and the non-stick surface, which is textured, seems unlikely to chip or flake like other pans This is great for small jobs like saute-ing onions or other veggies, an individual omelet or scrambling 3 or 4 eggs. It’s not bargain priced by any means given its modest size, but it’s a good little pan and promises to perform well for years.

Fantastic little pan
It appears that the Amazon page for this 8 inch fry pan has changed to a 12 inch version. This review is for the “KITEXPERT Non Stick Frying Pans without Lid, 8″ Titanium Ceramic Pan Nonstick Stainless Steel Skillet, PFAS PFOA PTFE Free, Quick-Cool Handle, Dishwasher & Oven Safe, Compatible with All Cooktops” pan.Usually I find all kinds of issues with raised texture style ‘non-stick’ pans (especially hexclad style), but this pan’s surface is very well made and has no sticking issues at all. I love the hidden rivet design of the handle attachment, so there is nothing for food to stick to inside at all. The pan is also very attractive looking with beautiful patterns inside and out. It has perfectly sloped, taller concave walls for easy pan-flipping and more vigorous stirring of the food. It is good and heavy as well, but not too heavy, providing better control. The handle does an excellent job of staying cool, even with a larger gas burner, and it has an excellent ergonomic shape with a fatter tapered handle, which helps with my arthritic hands. The ceramic coating looks to be quite thick and durable. I have not tested it on an induction element yet, only gas, but it does heat quickly. It did not come with a lid, but I tried several 8″ lids and they all fit well with a good seal. I ran it through the dishwasher several times and it looks the same as when I unboxed it. It is a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it. This has become my daily driver.

great pan
I think this pan is made by the same company that makes a few of the other pans I have that I love. It has the same lettering and embossed pattern on the bottom side. That said I have been extremely impressed with all of the pans with this particular bottom, who ever makes them.They work the same way as the hexclad pans. They have a raised pattern of stainless steel and the depressions have a nonstick ceramic coating that is nontoxic.I use this pan on both a coil top stove and a portable induction cooktop. it is quite nonstick but not as much as a Teflon. this is true of all pans of this type. It’s a tradeoff, but one worth making.cleanup is super easy. never more than a moment with a sponge and soapy water. there is never any scrubbing involved. usually it is clear of residue when you empty the pan onto a plate.One nice bonus if you hang your pots and pans; These are works of art with their bottoms embossed. They are decorative as well as functional.
