Perfect little garlic ginger tumeric grater!
So much easier and quicker than mincing with knife and it gives you a uniform size that blends easily into food rather that chunks. When grating garlic, press the clove down with another clove rather than holding with your fingers to get entire clove grated. I use the included small brush to get all the material out of the grating teeth. Washes up easily under running water. I like the extra length of the dish to contain whatever you grate. Not sure what the little edge holes are for other than looking cute. Highly recommend!

Don’t drop it.
The holes for shredding herbs, although a good idea, didn’t work for me. I find it a lot quicker to do it by hand, the grater works wonderfully and that’s really why bought it.

Works “grate”….get it! Nicely made and easy to use. Done garlic so far, ginger is next! Looks good with my other porcelain, just make sure it’s on top don’t rest anything on it to break the teeth off

Good Product for Maximum Functionality
This product is a very high quality ceramic tray – I was pretty impressed by the size and weight of the product. As far as the grating & herb stripping abilities go – it works really good. I can grate a bunch of garlic or ginger very quickly. It is kind of hard to get the remaining bits you want to use – but the brush does help. If you lose the brush – I found using a steel wool/stainless steel scrub works just as well.The only thing I do no like about this product is that is has no stability or rubber stoppers on the underside of the tray. I ended up adding little silicon feet to help keep its balance and make sure I don’t end up cracking or chipping it with the pressure from grating. You could put a towel underneath as well.

This white ceramic grater tray arrived very promptly after ordering in perfect condition. It is a little more petite than it appeared but its economical size is a good fit in the kitchen side drawer. I got it after watching a video demonstrating it and I was struck by how kind it was to the fingers while grating garlic and ginger for cooking. Less of a threat to finger tips than steel graters. The space near the grater nubs is a spoon rest making it useful on the counter near the stove. I still have to try the “herb stripper” but that sounds interesting, too.
