No stick, easy to clean
These work perfect in my combo toaster oven, air fryer. Conducts heat very well. I use parchment paper and cleans up so quickly. Very sturdy. Holds shape in air fryer mode. No rust. Size is perfect.

I absolutely love both the grate and the pan! The pan is high grade aluminum so it heats evenly, will never rust and itâs super sturdy. The grate is also well made and sturdy. Youâll want to use a brush with sturdy bristles to get in between the small squares. I love that they are small and the perfect size, food wonât slip through!My first use was smoked salmon in my Traeger. I covered the pan and sprayed the grate with Pam. There is also a good inch of space between the grate and the pan, so that allows for nice airflow. Cooked perfectly! Fish slid right off the grate with slight finger pressure. I used the liquid Barkeepers Friend to clean the pan. Came out just like new! To clean the grate, I used soap and hot water and a brush I bought for scrubbing potatoes. Cleaned up nicely!Iâve been to a restaurant supply store to buy high grade aluminum pans and cookie sheets and Iâve paid top dollar, you get what you pay for! This pan is right up there with the same quality of high end aluminum, extremely sturdy and durable. I think you can guess to say I highly recommend this pan and grate!

I purchased this baking sheet in 2020 and it was 100% worth the cost. I use it to meal prep all the time! I havenât experienced any warping. Iâve used it to roast tons of veggies, make cookies, roast nuts etc. I donât get much use out of the wire rack but it is useful, when I want baked chicken with crispy skin or anything with breadcrumbed or coated I cook it on the sheet pan with the wire rack. Itâs the perfect baking sheet pan and I want another one!

these are nice basic aluminum baking sheets. best price I could find on this size was here.I wash mine in the dishwasher – all aluminum pans will discolor, it doesnât affect its usage at all. Foods will stain if you cook bare, thats normal too. Like a cast iron pan seasoning.

Glad to see it was not junk. Pre-cut flat parchment is huge benefit.
Was spot on what we needed. Box clearly says “do not wash pan in dishwasher” so I was glad that was made clear. The pan is nice and deep and really, really nice to have the pre-cut parchment. We do lots of veggie grilling and that has made a huge cleanup difference. So tired of messing with foil or parchment in a roll that curls up. Their pre-cut parchment has been pretty awesome. It’s a good basic pan/wire rack and we’ve already used it to roast veggies and salmon (we still lay a little non-stick foil the shape of the salmon filet to make clean-up even easier- fish proteins are really sticky no matter what). We figure we’ll get a good couple years of of this. I think we’ll order 2-4 pre-cut parchment now as vendors come and go on Amazon sometimes. We use the heck out of this for oven roasting. Just remember that the pan MUST be hand washed. I’ve worked in restaurants since a teenager and not once did any place wash aluminum pans in a dishwasher. Even Pizza Hut hand washes their pie pans. So people get over that- I saw the reviews and just rolled my eyes. First world whining. Anyhow, was refreshing to see something on Amazon from overseas that wasn’t a piece of junk for once.

Purchased this set for my Anova precision oven, as it’s a great fit and the rack makes for a useful set-up for convection baking and combi-steam baking. Had a bit of a warping issue, but contacted Kitchenatics and got a replacement that now works perfectly. I’m glad to see that the company prioritizes customer service and stands by their products.The rack is dishwasher safe, which makes it super easy to clean. As for the pan, I’ve never had anything stick to it, and it is really simple to hand wash with some warm soapy water. The uncoated aluminum seems sturdy enough, but it does scuff easily, so don’t expect it to look brand new after you’ve used it a few times.
