Several Happy Surprises!
I was looking for relatively inexpensive paring knives. This set is tops! First it includes one C=shaped knife that is excellent for cutting around onions and oranges to remove skins. This shape is hard to find especially in an inexpensive knife. The knives are very sharp and come with a protective sheath for each so if you store them in a drawer you won’t get cut fishing to get one! Each type of knife has a different colored handle so if you store them in a cutting block you can tell which is which: serrated, C-Shaped or plain by the color of the handle. The only disappointment is the serration on one knife. Serrated knives are hard/impossible to sharpen … but this knife is very sharp and thin so it;s great for cutting through tomato skins without squashing the tomato! The price is right too. So I’d give this set 6 stars if I could!

Sharp but rusts
I like the size of these knives. The handle is comfortable. I love the covers for the blades that come with them. The downside, they began rusting only two days after they were purchased. Make sure you wipe them dry immediately after washing.
