Good Product
The toaster works as designed. I love the red and stainless-steel look. However, there is one feature I am not a fan of and that is the audible indicator that goes off before the item is finished being toasted.

Just what I expected and more !
I have only had one Kitchen Aide in my life that was just ok. Everything else including my new toaster is amazing. The color hasn’t got that Sparkly Candy Apple Color. It is called Empire Red. It is fine, but I did think it would be more Candy Apple. Even my car is. But other than that, let me tell you about my new one. It is perfect in size, slightly larger than my old one. I don’t worry about burnt fingers with the lift. I love the lift. It has a really nice size crumb catcher with the kitchen aide logo on it, There are 5 speeds and they toast evenly on all. The holder inside inside cooks evenly on both sides and I tested them out for that reason, just don’t use sticky stuff on the bread (like a dirty knife and then put it in and maybe that will help with toasting. I don’t plan on having to watch through the openning. The cord is fairly short, but they all are that way today. Other than shade of color, I love my toaster and I highly recommend it.

I ordered this product last year and it didnt work when it arrived. I returned it and received another. it never toasted evenly and burned at least one side darn near every time. It stopped working after a year (handle won’t stay down) I cleaned it frequently emptying the crumbs from the tray underneath and turning upside down over the trash. it looks like a brand new toaster but the handle will not stay down and it wont toast. if you need a pretty red toaster for decoration, this one fits the bill. If you need a toaster don’t buy this one.PS under what circumstances does anyone actually go over 2 on the toast level? anything over 2 is burnt, anything over 5 is on fire. Making toast for folks in hell? Then sure, turn that baby past 5.

El tostador es lindisimo pero los niveles para tostar de nada me sirven ya que el nivel más bajo ya tuesta demasiado bien, es decir si se pone en el nivel 2 ya el pan se quema. No entiendo para que traer mas niveles entonces
