    Exact Replacement
    I scored a used KitchenAid for $85, but the wire whip that came with it broke during the car ride home – I took a roundabout too fast and didn’t secure the mixer properly. So, I bought this replacement and had it shipped the next day because, you know, happy wife, happy life. She’s happy with it, and it looks identical to the one I broke. I’m very pleased that the original whip was all that broke and that I could get what seems to be an exact replacement so quickly. Zero issues.

    I’d tried to buy a generic brand for a few dollars cheaper that ended up hitting the bottom of the metal mixing bowl constantly because it was too long. The tongs broke off the generic brand as well. This has been a perfect fit. Super happy with the price for the quality.

    Whisk broke after 1 use!
    EXTREMELY disappointed! I am a home baker and have used KitchenAid stand mixers for years. I ordered this whisk attachment so I could have multiple to use when baking and this broke during the first use! One of the wires snapped off while mixing. I have never had this happen before. My current whisk is over 10 years old and is still in perfect shape. Not sure if the quality has decreased or what. I cannot recommend purchasing. I am going to have to look into other brands if KitchenAid products are not going to hold up. Can’t express my disappointment enough.

    Correspond parfaitement à mon vieux K45 que j’ai eu d’occasion. Un peu cher, mais c’est du kitchenAid, et on paie la marque. Mais au moins, on peut avoir les pièces détachées sans problème et c’est bon pour la planète aussi (pas d’obsolescence programmée!). Mon petit fils, qui est dans un lycée hôtelier, a projeté de me préparer un Eton Mess, ce weekend, et là il va pouvoir monter sa meringue et sa chantilly avec plaisir et facilité. Je m’en réjouis d’avance. Et miam, on va se régaler 🙂
