This is a great paring knife, fits comfortably in your hand. It is a great size, some paring knifes are smaller and difficult to work with. The blade cover is very nice, as this knife is very sharp. Would buy again.

I budgeted and planned in order to buy all the knives from this brand. They replaced CUISINART10-Pc. Seaside Ceramic-Coated Knife Set I had been gifted years earlier (color peeled and not as sharp).These are worth it!They feel good in my hand and cut well. No bells and whistles, clean and sharp. I believe these will be in my kitchen for a very long while.

This is a perfectly good and serviceable knife. It cuts well, and I can vouch for this because I got cut TRYING TO GET THE KNIFE OUT OF THE PACKAGE. This kind of plastic packaging needs to go, for all sorts of reasons, including the fact that it should not take 15 minutes to open. Star removed for packaging, otherwise can recommend the knife.
