The biggest and best dish drainer ever!
I love how much versatility the arm on this dish drainer allows. In addition to holding stemware or cooking utensils it will hold a drying towel. The arm will hold pots and pans up so they will not lean over on the dishes therefore I no longer have an extra mat on the counter top. The slot on the front that will hold a cutting board is wide enough to hold a baking pan. You can cook an entire meal and this dish drainer will hold everything you clean up!

And the drain system does cause puddles. The knife attachment comes off a lot. I think it could improve but for now, Iâm looking for another one.

Sturdy, good grates and knife holder a plus
We go through racks around here!Lots of dishes to be done and pots/pans.The design seems to be one that will last – we are really hoping the underneath part (water guide) will not crack up thought that must be a challenge with all the soap, banging and temperature changes these products get – eh? I like how the wire is protected by a soft coating that is fused with the thick rack – good design.The knife holder becomes more useful than constantly putting our knives in a drawer and is a safety feature (no pointy edges waiting). The hanging rack feature has its benefits too for delicates that just need to be hung away from the rest. We’ve used it on whisks, tongs, fancy glasses etc.

Can’t believe I paid this much
I would return this if I hadn’t thrown away the box. I have several KitchenAid appliances so I thought I was getting a quality item and I can’t believe I spent so much on a cheap dish rack. It’s not even nice stainless steel except for the side panels with the logo which provide no real function. It’s gray plastic coated wire. Water pools up at the lower corners of the drain pan and overflows rather than following the the path intended to drain into the sink. The flatware rack is not fully functional unless you use 8 steak knives every day. I thought the bamboo piece would lift out and there would be a useable space for flatware, but no, it’s also slotted for steak knives under the bamboo insert.

Water pools on the drain pan
Someone else had mentioned this, but the water pools at the lower corners of the drain pan. This is because the drain pan arrived deformed. if it were flat or level, it may be functional.I liked the overall size and design so MacGyvered a solution for this…
