I’m surprised how much I like these. I will probably buy some other KitchenAid cutlery and kitchen tools. These are not high-end by any stretch, but the quality of the steel is far beyond what I’d expect for the price. While it’s not as good as my Misen knives, it costs a quarter or fifth of of what they do, but is not only a quarter of the quality. It’s more like 60-50% of the quality.
