Very easy to use. VERY sharp so be careful. One solid design. No worries about the handle separating after time. Can not give it enough stars.

Love these steak knives
These steak knives are great. Theyâre both sharp and substantial feeling. I bought 2 sets and we are very pleased with them.

Perfect
This Santoku knife is fabulous! Itâs the second Iâve had. After over a decade of use, my first was unfortunately nicked beyond the ability to sharpen it out. This is a budget knife that handles like best in class. Absolutely perfect for any home chef, for daily use or occasional slicing. Please note the santoku blade is utterly essential for slicing things like potatoes or cheese etc.â¦foods that typically stick to a knife no longer do. This creates a much nicer cut as well as a much safer one. Buy this knife if you are thinking of investing. You will not regret it.

Good knives
I love that these are one piece of steel. Theyâre great knives, but I have to say I bought these because I had bought similar ones from the same brand years ago, but I loved the old ones so much better. These are Japanese steel, the others were German. The main difference is that the German blades are lighter in weight and have a different feel and grip to them. My whole family likes those better. Theyâre easier, and I feel safer, for my young daughters to work. Theyâre also easier for my father and my husbandâs mother, both of whom have shaky hands. That said, the Japanese version is still excellent and a cut above (pun intended) every other knife at this price point. Definitely worth the money.

Great quality!
Purchased 20 of these for hosting! Good weight, look nice, and work great. I hand wash and dry right away to keep them from rusting or getting ugly, but they are dishwasher safe.

Great sharp serrated knives.
KitchenAid is a good brand, and I prefer serrated steak knives over straight edge ones because they cut more easily.

These knives are great and so sleek

This is a good looking knife that is light yet fairly sturdy. It is relatively sharp but if you are used to high-end knives, then it won’t seem that sharp. It works well for bread, tomatoes and peppers that have a soft skin. It does a pretty bad job at cutting fibrous vegetables like leeks and green onions. The blade is thick and so tend to shred the fibers while cutting instead of slicing through. That being said, for a better serrated knife, one has to pay a lot more.
