workhorse of a pan
Had this pot for about 11 months. Use it a couple times a week and no complaints.Heats evenly and predictably. Heavy, but in a way that lets you know its going to be around long enough to get your money’s worth. The finish looks like its seen a couple hundred meals/sides cooked in it – but cleans up nice enough to sit back on top of stove with just some soap and water (its stainless, so watch which oils are used for what and temp control).
metamorphoses –
excellent investment
craftsmanship at a relatively modest cost

SAD PURCHASE
Purchased in January, had several rust spots inside pot by April. Kitchen Aid, you need to do better if you want me to ever purchase another product from you.
