Had to send back the first set as one of the stands was broken off. Could not find the pieces that should have been wrapped in the handle metal but the bag it was packaged individually and the bag around all three. Then put in a shipping bag that had a portion of the seem open on the side. Outside of that they seem to have a good spring and decent spread for 9 inches. The silicon bits seem pretty good. Those who complain about melting something like these should keep in mind that they can melt in an overheated pan very easily. Maybe buy a food heat thermometer to test the surface and not believe a dial.

I got new pans for yakiniku at home, and didn’t wanna scratch them. These are great. They even have a little built-in table rest/stand on the side. The tongs with all the tines at the bottom aren’t ideal for that, we dropped a lot of food on the pan, so maybe that’s just for salads. They’ve been used on hot cookware, and dish-washed and haven’t lost any color, melted, or fallen apart.
