Spent a lot of time reading reviews of so many pans, looking for non-stick, easy to clean and decent price, when I saw these I was instantly curious, I like how unique they look. Now I am so glad I bought them!My 2 and 3 quart saucepans are 20+ years old, they dont match and are a bit scratched inside. I have a new apartment all my own (no roommates) for the first time in over a decade, it was time to find something new. I’m probably going to get the 10″ frypan next, adding to this Blue set.I don’t own a microwave and use these these for veggies and oatmeal primarily. I also reheat chicken or mashed potatoes sometimes, too, NOTHING STICKS. The oatmeal pours right out yes, but I dont try to wipe it out, you should let the pan cool before cleaning it and so I wash it after I eat my breakfast and its still easy to clean. I have a designated T-Fal frypan for my daily scrambled eggs, its very smooth surface where these Blue pans feel like stone because of their texture, which I DO like, I just dont know how non-stick these would be for eggs. I didnt buy them for eggs though so for me, this is a 10 out of 10, I LOVE THEM!!

They are good quality, transmit heat well during cooking, and are truly non stick & easy to clean when used according to directions.I’m not crazy about the “lip” on the glass lids – which all the pots and pans nowadays seem to feature – we have to wash by hand (no dishwasher here) and one has to be very certain to scrub under and around the lip and the metal trim at the edges of the lids, as well as rinsing very thoroughly – otherwise residue gets left behind and bacteria build up begins and creates bad odors.

Purchased for induction stove, however a notice in the box says the 1 qt is not compatible (it has a different bottom construction). Had to return, I wish I could have kept the 2 qt to try it, but frustrated that there is no mention that this set wonât fully work for induction, itâs very misleading.
