Fantastic product
As a professional chef I have obviously used several various knife sharpeners. This has been the best out of all of the ones that I have used through the years although I have not yet tried the tumbler but do plan to purchase one soon to give it a shot so this review has a 50/50 chance of changing once that happens. But as of the time of this writing literally the one and only complaint that I have about this sharpener is that wheels need to be a bit closer to the top. With there current location when sharpening a knife the top of the casing hits on the handle preventing the back end of the blade from reaching the wheels to be sharpened. Almost an entire inch of the length of most knives are left untouched. Not an issue for the average user at home but as a professional chef I generally tend to use every inch of my blade when cutting so it does create a small problem for me but not enough of one for me to speak negatively about this product.

Depends on the type of knives you have.
It is a good quality sharpener that is easy to use. Beware that some blades that have a thicker handle may not be able to be sharpened all the way to the end. I essentially canât sharpen about an inch or two of the blade closest to the handle. Works great for knives that have thin handles or the blade is below the handle.

To view the actual sharpening stones is exactly what I wanted
IT was a pork loin roast. My knife was so dull it wouldn’t cut through the tomato skin. After 5 passes ,(as suggested) through the stones it was able to cut the skin and cut through the pork loin roast.
