I love these knives. I was slicing chicken cutlets in half and evidently sliced my finger really good, lots of blood. The large one is the one I was using. I can say the best cutting knife I have. They stay sharp for a long time and are well balanced as a set. I only had one issue with the chef’s knife because I use it everyday. And that is one of the pins came loose and I had to glue it. But other than that it’s a great knife set.

I’d actually give it a 3.5. It’s good for the price but the quality matches the price. You get what you pay for. The knife is very light almost plastic like. They’re good knives for camping and traveling bcz it’s light weight but not the kind of knives I want to use everyday in my kitchen.
