Canât use in oven!!
I bought these thinking they would be able to hold a turkey up in oven, over a baking pan so I could put vegetables underneath to cook. Last minute purchase a day before Thanksgiving. Come to find out, they are not for actual cooking, they are to set things on top of to cool after baking. If you subject to heat, the gold stuff flakes off on your food making it not edible. Nice. Ruined my turkey!

After using it about three or four times and washing it in the dishwasher, this rack is covered in a gross looking, crusty film, and The copper coloured coding is flaking off and getting into the food. The exact same rack except in stainless steel would be perfect, but nobody should buy this one.
