Well not a newbie in life(60 y/o male). New to trying to cook different things. Finally used this last week, after seeing Pizza Monkey Bread made on TikTok. Made the mixture which I cut by 25 percent. Filled the cake pan a little over halfway. Set oven for 375 and placed in there. Yeah I was nervous putting it in there. Guess I thought it was gonna melt or something. Well, it never did.Kept peeking at it and yeah it was rising…there was biscuits in it. It was bubbling around the edges. Well after like 30 minutes when it was supposed to be ready, I was taking it out and thought it might be a little bit flimsy. Got it out, no real problem, and set it on the stove. Pan was hot of course. Let it set a few, and placed a plate over it, flipped it, and man, it slid right out not sticking at all!I will be using this again and again. But I would not fill it anywhere near full. I can see where it could overflow when cooking. but I guess that happens with any pan. Remember I`m very new to cooking and baking things.Pros: very easy to clean..I was supposed to spray before adding ingredients and forgot Food slid right out when cookedCons: somewhat flimsy not too bad though not as hot as a metal pan, but feels close if you ask me

Easy to use
This was my first time using a pan like this, but my recipe recommended one. It was really easy to remove the cake, and though I washed it by hand, Iâm glad to know it is dishwasher safe. Next time I use it I will use a cookie sheet beneath it. It was a bit wobbly to move around without support.

Nice Fluted Pan for making cakes
I have not used this silicone cake pan yet, but look forward to using it. I bake quite often and regardless of how I coat my regular cake pans, my cakes often stick. I ordered this silicone fluted pan, which is non-stick, so that my cakes will come out all in one piece! This one appears smaller than I thought it would be, but it is deep.

My cakes didnât cook well in the middle
The pan itself was nice and lightweight. I was concerned about cakes sticking in the pan but they came out easily and didnât stick at all after using spray oil.My only complaint is that the cakes didnât cook as well along the center tube even after adding additional time.
